Bahia Honda Key

Bahia Honda Key is one of the only Florida Keys with a natural sand beach. Because there is no surf to speak of, there is not a natural way for sand to accumulate and form a beach.

We had been looking for a good beach for the boys and we finally found one.  The only negative was the sound of traffic on the highway behind us, constantly.  It is a tiny beach, but the water is clear, there are a few fish to look at and some other cool creatures.
